Welcome to the "Never Forget Ride" a Tribute to 9-11.
The perfect opportunity for Motorcycle Enthusiast of all types to band together and send a clear message to the world, that we will Never Forget.
We will never forget all aspects of what happened that September day back in 2001. Some things in life happen and then over the years fade away. The concept of this ride is to make sure that this does not happen regarding 9-11. It is important that all Americans unite this day each year in any form, to keep that message alive. This September 11th, 2008 will provide the perfect Thursday afternoon to jump on your bike and and unite with other riders to ride for that cause.
Groups of bikes of all makes and models will gather at different points around the Midwest and Unite and take to the highways to meet in Missouri at the Lake of the Ozarks. This added with Law Enforcement, Firefighter, Emergency Safety and Land based Military Support Vehicles from all around the Midwest will add to the support and energy of this tribute.
The "Never Forget Ride" tribute will finish at the Main Strip at Bagnell Dam in the Lake of the Ozarks for a 9-11 Ceremony at Sunset.
Immediately following the ceremony will be a celebration to kick off the 2008 Lake of the Ozarks BikeFest.
